Should Blogs Have a Schedule of Their Own?

In life whenever there is too much matters to handle, We should not rely on just our brains to remember but there should always be a organizer to keep track of what you are going to do, be it today, tomorrow or even an event that you need to attend 2 weeks from now. There are just so many things to remember and at times you tend to forget them and when you realise it is already too late.
You can imagine how you are getting lost without a proper organizer or a PDA we use nowadays to keep track of our own personal schedule so don't you think we bloggers should keep a schedule ourself to remind us of what to do everyday?

How to efficient use time management for blogging
If you are a blogger who have about 10 niche blogs and requires 10 articles daily to deliver to your readers, how are you going to manage such situation? Are you just going to blog blindly and complete the 10 articles without knowing you have completed them, then you realise that you have spent more than 16hours on the computer just to complete 10 articles when you couldtimeline have cut that time to 12hours and resting 4 hours more.

Giving a time limit to every single written Article
It is always good that you fix a time limit to your article, like how you write essay in schools, it is one way to track how long you have used to write your piece of article and to evaluate why you would require more than 1 hour to have this article done, was it because you had to source for images so that your article will look good or was it because you were checking your earning stats while you were writing an article, which could be the main culprit of robbing your time to write an article which is suppose to be written in 1 hour time. Be discipline enough to avoid these and devote your time to your article which you would require to finish in your time span and you will have more time to actually do other things with ease.

Make sure you have them drafted and stored
diary of a scheduleIf your host has a feature where by you can draft and store your articles, please use it. Create topics and leave the contents blank first, come back to them when you want to write on them, people tend to not use this feature and have so many topics in their mind, while forgetting slowly one by one the previous topic they want to talk about on their blog. Did this happen to you before? If it have, then it is time you put a stop to this.

Many topics to talk about and feeling confused
Many Personal blog's have much to talk about their daily talks, 25 niches stuff in one blog and then technology and their hobbies. Yes i know this is a personal blog and it is normal to see this coming, but as a reader would you want to read so much stuff that he is blogging about, all you want to know is what you are interested in, unless you can accept the way he blogs, a messy blogging artist.

If you could not agree as a reader yourself, then its time you change for your readers to understand better the frequency of your posting. Set aside dates that you are going to post your Daily Talks,Computers and Technology, Hobbies and Sports and Etc..If you are giving Monday to be your daily talks then let it be every Monday you talk about it, give frequencies topic to improve your readership.

Be a steady blogger
Writing 1-2 post a day will be sufficient for your readers to absorb. I have been to some blogs that do updates in 1 week and they do not seem to lose any readers since the readers know what to expect and they will be back to the blog in a week's time to read on the new post and don't be a loss blogger, posting as and when you like to. Remember to have a scheduled list of posting per day and you will not lose your avid readers in the long run.

Give your blog a simple schedule to follow, making sure every step is being taken care of and it should help cut down on your time spent with each article and also making a set of dates to blog on a certain topic. Have you done a schedule already for yourself?

Nice articel. A thing I use a lot but afaik is not available in Blogger is scheduled publishing.

Whenever I have the time I write several articles in a row. I then schedule them to published in the future. Usually on a rainy sunday I can create up to 25 articles, scheduling them to be published one a day, I've got almost a complete month of blogging prepared. Fire and forget ;)
